About Kate Holbeck

Kate has over 25 years Defence experience in the areas of command and leadership, intelligence, personnel (HR) and workforce management. Most recently, she worked in the civilian sector as the People and Culture Operations Manager within a major Australian recruiting business (ManpowerGroup). Kate takes great pride in working with diverse teams and successfully generating customer focused outcomes. 

What is his Project of Passion?

Kate’s Project of Passion is understanding how to reduce the barriers to and unlock of the benefits of emerging technology.  

What does he like to do outside of the office?

When not in the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, reading current affairs and bush walking.
